Central Government appoints the 1st day of November, 2004, for the purposes of section 69 of the Finance (No 2) Act, 2004 (23 of 2004)
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Finance (No 2) Act, 2004 (23 of 2004), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of November, 2004, for the purposes of that section.
