Appoints the Commissioner of Customs for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice
G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs(Adjudication), New Customs House, Mumbai- to act as;

(i) Commissioner of Customs(Exports), New Customs House, Mumbai;

(ii) Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Coimbatore;

(iii) Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Cochin, and (iv) Commissioner of Customs, Tuticorin,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Vision Inc., K-53A, Basement, Kalkaji, New Delhi & Others issued vide, F. No 50C/11/2003, dated the 31st March, 2004, by the Assistant Director(CI), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
