Prohibition shall not apply to export of Dollar Gram (Chana)

S.O.(E)-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Paragraph 3 of Notification No.15(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 27.06.2006 as amended, to include the following sentence, at the end of said paragraph :-

“The prohibition shall not apply to export of kabuli chana (as is known by different names in different parts of the country).”

(Above para has been substituted vide NTF. NO. 52/2006, DT. 07/03/2007)

“The prohibition shall not apply to export of Dollar Gram (Chana) executed under the specific permission granted by DGFT.”]
