Export of pulses : Govt extends prohibition till March, 2007 S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in
Notification No 15 dated 27th June 2006 :-
The period of effect of the amendment given In Para 3 of the above stated Notification shall be amended to read as “ till the end of the financial year ( i.e. upto 31.3.2007 )” instead of “ for a period of six months from the date of its issue”.
