Amendments in the NTF. NO. 20/2004, DT. 28/01/2005 (Revised quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand)
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 2.1 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification No. 20/(2004-2009) dated 28.1.2005 :-

The quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand revised as follows :-

Stone Aggregate: 3,80,000 MT

River Sand: 4,20,000 MT

(Above quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand revised vide NTF. No. 30/2004, DT. 17/03/2005)

River Sand : 3,00,000 MT ]
