Table B - Code No. 4401 - Extent of making Muli Bamboo free for export till 31st March 2007


S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.1, 2.1, 2.4 and 2.29 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes following amendments in the “ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 2002-2007”.

The entry at Code No. 4401 in Table B of Schedule 2 may be amended to the extent of making Muli Bamboo free for export till 31st March, 2007 which is as follows:
