Code 2901 Anthranilic Acid - Free - (b) NOC from Narcotics Commissioner of India, Gwalior

S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 1.1, 2.1 and 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items, 2002-2007 as amended vide Notification No.3(RE-2003)/2002-2007 dated 31st March, 2003.

2. Against item code number 2901 under heading “Organic Chemicals” in Table B of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) , the following new entry shall be added after 2901 (i) :-
