DAP/SSP Export-FACT and GNFC Allowed to Export

S.O. (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with 1.1, 2.1 and 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Schedule 2 ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import items, 2002-2007.

2. In the list of companies indicated in appendix 5B of the Notification No. 3(RE-2003)/2002-2007 dated 31st March, 2003, the names of the following two companies are added at Sl. No. 16 and 17.

S. No. 16 M/s. Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd., Cochin

S. No. 17 M/s. Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizer Company Ltd., Bharuch.

3. This issues in Public interest.
