Amendments in the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items S.O. (E) - In exercise of powers conferred under section 5 of the
Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 and 4.1 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items , 1997-2002 published on 31st March, 1997 (RE-98) as amended from time to time, namely –
- The condition appearing in column 4 against Exim Headings 12.11, 25.04, 25.06, 25.18, 25.26, 40.08, 73.03, 73.06, 73.07, 73.09, 73.12, 73.17, 73.18, 74.15, 76.16, 84.81, 85.23, 87.14 and 90.15 shall be deleted.
- The condition appearing in column 4 against Exim code nos. 841869 01, 841989 03, 842220 00, 842420 00 and 844790 02 shall be deleted.
- After amendment the following will read as under:
