Sub. : All Industry Rates of Drawback 2001-2002-amendment – reg.
Attention of all Exporters /CHAs and all other concerned is invited to All Industry Rates of Drawback 2001-2002 originally notified vide Notification No. 29/2001-Cys (N.T.) dated 1.6.2001 and amended vide Notification Nos. 30/2001-Cus (N.T.) dated 22.06.2001

The rates have been further revised vide Notification No. 50/2001 – Cus (N.T.) dated 4th October 2001. These amended rates shall be effective from 4th October 2001.

All Drawback claims shall be decided accordingly.
