S.T.P.S
It is hearby notified for information of all C.H.A."s, Importers and all concerned that in terms of Public Notice No.
59/98 dt. 01.06.1998 the majority of the works of clearance of 100% E.O.U. units availing the facility of fast track
clearance are being attended by 100% EOU department of Export Promotion Commissionerate whereas only initial
serutiny & subsequent order of " Out of Charge" in given by the A.O./F.T.C.S of Import Commissionerate.
To simplify the procedure of the Fast Track Clearances of 100% EOU, H.T.P.s & S.T.P.s Para 1, 4 & 5 of Public
Notice No. 59/98 dt 01.06.1998 has been modified to the extent that henceforth the registration, scrutiny & Out of
Charge shall be done by A.O./100% E.O.U. itself i.e. the work of A.O./F.T.C.S. shall be attended by A.O./100%
EOU for clearance of 100% E.O.U., H.T.P.s & S.T.P.S.
This procedure will come into force with immediate effect.
