Sub : On line Grievance Redressal – Telephonic complain Centre in Comissionerate – reg.

This is for the information of all importers, exporters, CHA’s and others concerned that a Complain cum Grievance Redressal Centre is being set up in the CFS Mulund Shri A.K. Goswamy, Asst. Commissioner, Export Dept. CFS Mulund will be the nodal officer of this complain cum Grievance Redressal Centre.

Complaints can be registered telephonically or get registered in writing against instant acknowledgement thereof Complaints can pbe addressed to Shri A.K. Goswamy, Asst. Commissioner (Tel. 590 6688) . The complaints/grievances registered shall be redressed within the time frame pledged in the Citizen’s charter. In case any complaints/grievances does not get solved within the time frame then complaints/grievance does not get solved within the time frame then complaints/grievance can be sent to Shri Chan Jit Singh, Jt. Commissioner (CFS Mulund), New Custom House, Annex Bldg., 7th Floor, Ballard Estate, Mumbai 400 001 (Tel. No. 261 9506). These two officers will be over all in charge of the said Grievance Redressal Complaint Centre and can be contacted at their telephone numbers give above.

It may be noted that only addressed complaints shall be taken up for redressal and complaints/grievance which are anonymous/pseudonymous will not be entertained.
