Sub : On-line Grievance Redressal-Telephonic Complaint Centre in Commissionerates – Reg

This is for the information of all importers-exporters – CHA and other concerned that a complaint Centre is being set up in the Export Promotion Commissionerate in Gr. VII at the forth floor of annex Building.

It may be noted that the complaints can be registered telephonically or got registered in writing against instant acknowledgement thereof. Complaints can be addressed to the Dy. Commissioner, Shri M.M. Magotra (Tel: 2632471) and in case the problem is not solved within short time then to the Jt. Commissioner. Shri Raju of Gr.VII in the Export Promotion Commissionerate. These officers are designated as the nodal officers and shall be the overall in-charge of the said complaints. They can be contracted at the direct telephone No.2632471 or 2612452 for this purpose.

The complaints/grievances registered shall be redressed within the time frame pledged in the citizens charter. It may also be noted that only addressed complaints would be taken up and those which are unanimous/pseudonymous will not be entertained.
