Sub: Removal of Budget Day Restriction for Budget 2005-06 – reg.
1. Attention of all Importers / Exporters, CHAs and Trade is invited to the above mentioned subject, that the Union Budget 2005-06 is likely to be presented at 11.00 a.m. on 28th February 2005.

2. In this regard, the contents of Public Notice No. 19/2003 dated 25.02.2003 are hereby reiterated. Thus, as on any other day, on the Budget day i.e. 28th February, 2005 also the Importers / Exporters shall be free to carry out their import / export activities as per law.
