* Aviation Turbine Fuel, HS Diesel and Motor Spirit Import on OGL
* Wild Animals, Parts and Products Export Prohibited

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development andRegulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy,1997-2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments:

1. The entry against Code No.2710, relating to export of Petroleum Products in Table B of Schedule 2 of Export Policy of the book titled "ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997-2002"shall be amended to read as under:

Code No.	ITEM	POLICY	Procedure
2710(a)	Aviation Turbine Fuel	Free	Export contracts to be registered with OCC
2710(b)	High Speed Diesel
2710(f)	Motor Spirit

2.Entry against Code No. 0001 of Table A of Schedule-2 of Export Policy of the book "ITC(HS) Classification of Import and Export Items 1997-2002" shall be amended to read as under:

0001

All forms of wild animals including their parts and products.

Prohibited

Not permitted to be exported
