Regarding CHA examination
The Custom House Agents and their employees are hereby informed that the Written Test for Category ‘G’ Examination, under Regulation 19 of CHALR, 2004, is scheduled to be held in the month of September, 2008. The Applications are invited from all the eligible candidates, holding Temporary Custom Passes under Category ‘H’, in the prescribed format, as enclosed. The eligible candidates may apply, alongwith the copies of documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer as indicated below, to the CHA department on or before 20.08.2008.

i. Category ‘H’ (Temporary) Pass

ii. Certificate of Educational Qualification (i.e. Certificate for passing 10+2 examination or equivalent qualification)

P.S:

1. The actual date and venue of the examination will be announced after 20.08.2008.

2. The candidates may note carefully that in case any information given in the Format is found incorrect OR any document submitted is found forged / fabricated, such candidate will be debarred from holding any Custom Pass for the next 5 years.

NOTE: The said applications will be received in the CHA Department between 10 A.M to 01 P.M. till 20.08.2008.
