Deemed Exports-Supplies to Mega Power Projects included

In exercise of powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development andRegulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy,1997-2002 (incorporating amendment made upto 31.3.99), the Central Government hereby makesfollowing amendments in the Export and import Policy, 1997-2002: (incorporating amendment madeupto 31.3.99).

The word and expression "10.2(g) (in case of supplies to refineries for goods specifiedin thelist notified by Department of Revenue)" appearing in paragraph 7.6 shall be amended to read as "10.2(g) (in case of supplies to refineries for goods specified in the list notified by Department of Revenue and in case of supplies to mega power projects in terms of Public NoticeNo. 13(RE-99)/97-02 dated 18.6.99)"

Similarly, the word and expression 10.2(g)(in case of supplies to refineries) appearing in paragraph 7.6 shall to mega amended to read as "10.2(g)(in case of supplies to refineries and in case of supplies to mega power projects in terms in terms of Public Notice No.13(RE-99)/97-02 dated 18.6.99)"
