Amendment in and Notification of new AEZ’s
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as notified in the Gazette of India extraordinary, Part-II Section 3, Sub section (ii) vide S.O. No.283(E) dated 31.03.1997, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Handbook (Vol 1).(RE-01), 1997-2002.

1) The following are notified as Agri Export Zones and added in the table at Appendix 59 pertaining to “Agri Export Zone”. These zones shall cover the districts specified in the table below.

2. The following amendments are made in AEZ already notified at S.No.1 and 3 under Public notice no. 41(RE-2001)/97-2002 dated 8.10.2001:-
