S.O.(E).In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva,Tal Uran, Disrict-Raigad, Maharashtra-400707 to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on

(i) The Additional Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Tal Uran, Dist-Raigad, Maharashtra

(ii) The Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port), Custom House, Kolkata,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Trading Syndicate, 11/1,Community Centre, Near Payal Cinema Narayana New Delhi and others issued vide, F.No.DRI/MZU/G/Inv-18/09-10 dated the 21st May,2013 by the Additional Director,Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,Mumbai Zonal Unit,Mumbai-400020.
