Amendments in Appendix 37A - KVIC / KVIB registered units

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I RE 2006, RE2007 & RE2008.

1. In Table 9 of Appendix 37A of the HBP v1, the note

“Note: Only such products under product code 09.1 to 09.24 shall be entitled for benefits under the scheme which are either exported by KVIC / KVIB registered units or such exports are sourced from KVIC / KVIB registered units.” shall not apply to VKGUY entries 09.10 & 09.11, for exports made w.e.f 1.4.2006.

This issues in Public interest.
