Addition to the services exports covered by Services Export Promotion Council

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Public Notice No.88 (RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 5th March, 2007:

1. Following shall be added to the services exports covered by Services Export Promotion Council:

“(xiv) Hotel and tourism related services”

This issues in Public interest.
