PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 136/2007, DT. 31/03/2008
Amendment in APPENDIX 37A - LIST OF EXPORT ITEMS ALLOWED UNDER VISHESH KRISHI AND GRAM UDYOG YOJANA (VKGUY)
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2007):
1. After VKGUY Product Code No. 10.31, contained in Table 10 of
Appendix 37A, the following is added as under:

2. Further, for items included in this Public Notice, the last date for filing applications on time shall be 30.9.2008 or time period permitted in Para 3.19.1 of HBP v1 (RE2007), whichever is later.
