Minimum Export Price (MEP) on export of Potato
S.O.(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Chapter 7 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import items, as amended from time to time:
Export of Potatoes, Fresh or Chilled at Serial Number 50A of Chapter 7 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items shall be permitted without any Minimum Export Price (MEP).
