Amendments/corrections in the Book titled Schedule of DEPB rates

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Book titled “Schedule of DEPB rates”.

Product Group: Engineering - Product Code: 61

The amendment in the description of the export product appearing at Sl. No.484 published vide Public Notice No.44 dated 31.10.2001 as “ Industrial Valve (cast or forged body)” is made effective from 31.3.2001.

Product Group: Chemicals - Product Code:62

The description of export product appearing at Sl. No.958 is amended to read as “Calcium Hypochlorite Hydrated”.

This issues in public interest.
