Amendments in APPENDIX 37A - LIST OF EXPORT ITEMS ALLOWED UNDER VISHESH KRISHI UPAJ YOJANA
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):

Appendix 37A after existing entry at Sl.No.7 with the following details

2. All these items under item code 07A.1 to 07A.11 as above shall be entitled for benefits under Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana in respect of exports made on or after 1.4.2005.
