In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends Public Notice No. 38/2015-20 dated 13.09.2018 on laying down the procedure for allocation of preferential export of raw sugar to USA under Tariff Rate quota (TRQ) for the year 2018-19.

2. The word 'raw sugar' contained in Paragraph 1 of Public Notice No. 38/2015-20 dated 13.09.2018 may be substituted as 'all kinds of raw cane sugar having HS Code 170113 and 170114 at six digit level' for the purpose of export of preferential quota sugar to USA under TRQ.

3. Effect of this Public Notice:

All kinds of raw cane sugar having HS Code 170113 and 170114 at six digit level are notified for the purpose of export of preferential quota sugar to USA under TRQ.
