Amendments in SION related to Table eggs

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following substitution in the Hand Book of Procedures, Vol. II, 2004-2009 as amended:-

Note:

(a) Pure medicines should not exceed 20% of the total weight of medicine in case of import item No. 3.

(b) In case of import item No. 4, pure vitamins should not exceed 50% of the total premix weight and the vitamin premix should contain a mixture of two or more vitamins.

(c) The CIF value of imported inputs ( excluding packing materials) shall not exceed 10% of the total FOB value for Advance Licences taken under this SION.

(d) This SION shall be operated under actual user conditions and no DFRC shall be issued under this SION.
