PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 69/2002-07, Dt. 10/03/2003
Amendments/ Corrections in the Schedule of DEPB Rates
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-07 and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following correction/amendment in the book titled "Schedule of DEPB Rates."
1) Product Group: Engineering Product Code: 61
The following entries are corrected as under:

The following entry is corrected as under:

3. In the Annexure-II of Public Notice No. 62 (RE-2002)/2002-2007 dated 17.02.2003 against entry at S.No. 575 of Product Group Engineering Product Code-61, the effective period shall be shown as 03.01.2003.
