Bones & bone products export permitted

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export & Import Policy, 1997 -2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled “ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997 -2002,

2. The following entry shall be added as S.No. 35 in the Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled "ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997-2002":-

"35.	Bones and bone products (excluding bone 	Export allowed subject to production of a	meal), horn and horn products (excluding horn 	certificate from Chemicals and Allied 	meal) and hooves and hoof products (excluding Products Export Promotion Council 	hoof meal) when exported to the European 	(CAPEXIL) regarding production process 	Union. 					Followed by establishment of production 						in respect of the exported items.

3. This issues in public interest.
