Notification No. G.S.R 713(E) Dt. 20/10/2004

Notif. No. FEMA-91/2003 Amended CORRIGENDUM

In the Notification No. FEMA. 91/2003-RB dated June 5, 2003 of the Reserve Bank of India, Exchange Control Department, Central Office, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 10(E) dated January 7, 2004, the following shall be substituted :

(i) In the title and the short title, of the Regulations for the figure `2003' the figure `2004' shall be substituted.

(ii) At the end of the Notification, the following foot note shall be added

"Foot-note: The Principal Regulations were published in the official gazette vide No. G. S.R. 3 95(E) dated May 5, 2000 in Part 11, Section 3, Sub-section (i) and subsequently amended vide No. G.S.R 477(E) dated July 8, 2002."

That as rectified and Modified as aforesaid, the Principal Regulations shall remain in full force and effect.
