Corrigendum to NTF. NO. FEMA.47/2001-RB, DT. 05/12/2001

In the Notification No.FEMA.47/2001-RB dated 5th December 2001 of Reserve Bank of India, Exchange Control Department, Central Office published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (I) vide G.S.R.5(E) dated January 2, 2002,

(i) in the title of the Regulations, for the figure '2001' the figure '2002' shall be substituted,

(ii) in the short title of the Regulations, for the figure '2001' the figure '2002' shall be substituted.
