Enactment of Finance Act, 2011 ( 8 of 2011)
G.S.R. 583(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Finance Act, 2011 ( 8 of 2011), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of August, 2011, as the date on which, the provisions of the said section shall come in to force.
