This notification notifies the effective date of chapter V of the Finance Act, 1990 as 1-7-1990.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Finance Act, 1990 (12 of 1990), the Central Government, hereby appoints the 1st day of July, 1990, as the date on which the provisions of Chapter V of the said Act shall come into force.
