Notify the date of bringing into effect the provisions of section 98 of the Finance Act, 1994
In exercise on the powers conferred by section 98 of the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st September, 1994, as the date on which the provision of the said section 98 shall come into force.
