Notify the Inland Air Travel Tax (Second) Amendment Rules, 1994.
In exercise on the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43A of the Finance Act, 1989( 13 of 1989), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Inland Air Travel Tax Rules, 1989, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Inland Air Travel Tax ( Second Amendment) Rules, 1994.

(2). They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the form annexed to the Inland Air Travel Tax Rules, 1989, in Part-B, for Column (6) and the entry relating thereto, the following Column shall be substituted, namely:-

“ (6) The net amount of fare collected in the sector during the month:-

(i) from tax paying passengers

(ii) from exempted category”.
