Notify the 15th June, 1979 as the date of coming into effect of Chapter V of Finance Act, 1979.
G.S.R.No. 354(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 33 of the Finance Act, 1979 (21 of 1979), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of June, 1979, the date on which the provision of Chapter V of the said Act shall come into force.
