Notify 1st September, 1994, as effective date for the purpose of section 97 of the Finance Act, 1994.
G.S.R. 633 (E),- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 97 of the Finance Act, 1989 (32 of 1994), the Central Government hereby appoints the Ist September, 1994, as the date on which the provisions of the said section 97 shall come into force.
