Amendments in the HB (Vol I): Appendix-37A of HB. (Vol.I) giving the details of items which qualify for export benefits under Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana.

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):

Appendix-37A of Handbook (Vol.I) giving the details of items which qualify for export benefits under Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana shall be as per Annexure-I to this Public Notice.
