In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sectopm 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public intrest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 11/97-Customs,dated the 1st March, 1997, namely:-

In the Table below the said notification, against S.No 126 in column (3), in item (2), for the words "Reserve Bank of India", the words Reserve Bank of Inddia or the Bhartiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited" shall be substituted.
