"CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION NO.29/1999, dated the 28th February, 1999

G.S.R. (E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-item (6) of heading No. 98.01 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, having regard to the economic development of the country , hereby notifies Cochin International Airport Project as a project for the purpose of assessment under the said heading and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.42/96- Customs, dated the 23 rd July, 1996, namely :-

In the said notification, after serial number 21 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be added, namely :-

" 22. Cochin International Airport Project. "
